Fantastic Product
I purchased these patches as I suffer from back and muscular pain. I have tried the usual off the shelf rubs and tablets with not much effect. Started off with one patch but found it not to be enough.
Overlapped the following night and this was better over lapped again the following night and this felt much stronger. But still really only 1 patch per 24 hours but I left the old patch on.
This seemed to work really well but you need to know/understand it has an accumulative effect and not to go mad and stick 3 on at once lol.
