Ingredients:
CBD Isolate, biodegradable polyethylene, skin-friendly (FDA/MHRA/EU approved) adhesive.
Instructions:
- Apply the patch to the upper arm, or affected area for targeted relief. Choose a hairless area of skin to avoid discomfort.
- Apply pressure to the patch for 5 seconds.
- Remove or change patch after 24-36 hours.
- Up to 2 patches can be used at once.
- Individual results may vary.

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and normally arrive within 1-3 working days.

Where do I put CBD patches?
CBD patches are commonly applied to the upper arm/shoulder area. However, they can be applied to any hairless area of skin as long as it is comfortable for you as an individual. Some people choose specific areas for a more targeted approach.
How long does it take for CBD patches to work?
CBD will have entered your system within 30 minutes of applying the patch. However to truly appreciate the effects that they have on you it's best to assess them over a period of weeks. Then you can monitor the effects in different environments and situations.

I seem to sleep much better since applying one of these patches, took a few days to work but I seem to now tell if I remove the patch and forget to apply another one. I used to put them on the top of my arm but are now trying them behind my knee as I seem to have developed a pain there. Coincidence or not but if seems improved.

I have never been allergic to any kind of sticking plasters but these patches do cause quite severe skin irritation after a few hours of wear. However the CBD itself does appear to ease my arthritic pain.

Overall a good product
Seems to be a good patch so far. The stickiness is good however leaves a residue around the patch which is a pain to get off.
