This CBD balm is formulated to offer targeted relief to muscles, joints and skin. Harnessing CBD and calming plant extracts such as the potent Wintergreen.

After high demand for topical CBD products, we have launched an affordable yet effective CBD Balm for the UK market.

Ideally for athletes, but suitable for anyone having issues with muscles, joints, or skin, our balms combine the powers of cannabidiol with essential oils and plant extracts in order to provide optimal relief.

What Is CBD Balm?

CBD balm is a cosmetic product that is designed to be rubbed onto 'troubled areas' and absorbed into the skin. These type of topical cannabidiol products are excellent for people who simply wish to target specific areas of the body rather than ingest CBD for a systemic effect.

Athletes, for example, tend to use balms as and when needed, for particular issues with muscles, joints etc...

There are many different types of CBD Balm available and the composition of products can vary dramatically. Ours are made using only 100% natural, plant-derived ingredients that are selected for their calming effects and usability.

Is Your CBD Balm Full Spectrum?

As a large portion of people who use CBD balm are athletes, we decided to use pure CBD Isolate in our balm, so it is not full spectrum.

Athletes tend to be concerned about traces of THC in CBD products, and it also makes our balm considerably more affordable for the end user.

However, studies for the topical use of CBD Isolate have demonstrated great results. And our balms also contain additional plant extracts to add to the overall efficacy of the product.

How Much CBD Can Be Absorbed Through The Skin?

CBD topicals in the form of balms and lotions are primarily designed to target cannabinoid receptors within the layers of the skin rather than enter the bloodstream. This makes them ideal for localised issues in the skin, muscles and joints. However, when large amounts of CBD are applied to the skin it can enter the blood regardless.

Thorough studies on the bioavailabilty of topical CBD are few, but many people do report excellent results for localised issues.

The best way to absorb CBD through the skin for non-localised issues is with transdermal CBD patches.

How Much CBD Balm Should I Apply?

CBD balm should be applied liberally to the affected area. The amount you will need to apply will depend on the size of the area and the level of relief that you feel is needed. After applying the balm you should notice a difference within 30 minutes.
